Urgent!!! home remedies to lice!?

I have lice but no one else knows because my mom overreacts and I have been making Sure to not give anyone lice and I know I am the only one because they all recently Got their hair cut but this tuesday I am getting new highlights is there anythung I can like wash my hair with to kill the lice in less then a week
