After shampooing and conditioning you will need to blow dry your hair on the hottest setting you can stand. You’re going to still have to sit down and comb through tiny sections of hair and pick the eggs off one by one. No matter the remedy that you use you will still need to do this step of it. I know its slow and takes forever but you must do it. You will need to rewash with the shampoo on days 3, 7, and 10. Make sure to use a deep conditioner so you don't dry your hair out to bad. You will also need to comb through and recheck for eggs on those days.
