Why do Germany is the "phoenix" that always rises from the ashes?

I studied a lot these days about the World War II and saw that Germany has a great capacity to recover. Even having been devastated by war, quickly recovered and returned to being one of the most powerful countries in the world. What is the factor that puts Germany in this condition?
